Shipping

Delivery takes 4-7 business days for orders placed in the United States when selecting the standard shipping method (USPS). All our products are printed on demand to each order. We partner with a trusted, highly respected printing and fulfillment company who help us maintain the quality material and design in all our products.

Fulfillment Time: 5-9 business days*

Standard Shipping Time: 3-4 business days*

*Due to COVID-19: We are experiencing delays in fulfillment and shipping times. From the date you place an order, expect 2-3 weeks until you receive your package. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns

Please know that we only review replacements or returns if the product you ordered arrived with a printing defect/error or was broken on arrival. If either of these two situations are true, we want to apologize for the inconvenience and allow us the opportunity to make it right as quickly as possible. We ask that you contact us within 30 days after the product has been delivered and email us pictures of the defects. We cannot accept products that have been washed or used.

What if I never received my order?

Lost by Carrier:

We do our best to ensure our products arrive in the hands of our valued customers without becoming a lost sheep in the process. Understand that orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. In the case that your order has been lost by the carrier, we will initiate a replacement order. Please note that refunds or returns are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Package was "delivered", but nowhere to be found:

If your package has been tagged as "delivered" by the carrier, but your package is nowhere to be found, it may have been left with a neighbor, or in a safe spot - check the tracking for all the details. We recommend reaching out to your local USPS office immediately to help track down the package. If you live in an apartment complex, check with the main office to see if your package was left with them. If you are unsuccessful in finding your package, drop us a line at the email below and we'll be happy to help.
